University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho 1962-1966 - B.S. Agriculture in Animal Science. Attended college on full ride football scholarship.
Emmett High School - Student Body President
Emmett, Idaho - Active in Future Farmers of America and held a state office.
Captain of football team.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

EXTENSION AGRICULTURAL AGENT: 1967 - 1972
Responsibilities included 4-H and Livestock in Kootenai County. Expanded 250 member 4-H program to 1,350 member with 225 leaders. Also managed Red Angus Beef operation at Hayden Lake from 1969 - 1973.

RANCH OWNER-MANAGER:
Was partners in a cattle ranch, owned 160 acres and leased 3,500 acres of U.S.F.S. and State and private lands for pasturing cattle.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Inducted into the Idaho Athletic Hall of Fame 1989, University of Idaho.
Director of Kootenai County Farm Bureau - Past President-Current Vice President.
Member of Idaho Cattlemen’s Association 40 years, State Director twice.

Coeur d’Alene Realty, Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls 1972 - 1983. Manager 5 years at Hayden Lake Branch. Specialized in small acreage tracts, farms and ranches. Was consultant to Pack River Properties on occasion and exclusively handled Idaho Forest Industries properties for 5 years.
